We currently ship across India.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping and Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is 4 to 7 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier partner, and external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation. Free shipping may be offered on selected products or during promotional periods.

Order Tracking
Once the order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with the customer via email or SMS. Customers can track their orders using the courier partner’s tracking link.

Delivery Delays
ANI’S MART is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, natural calamities, public holidays, or courier partner delays.

Damaged or Missing Items
If a customer receives a damaged product or if any item is missing, they must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the order ID and clear photos of the package and product for verification.

Return Shipping
Return shipping will be handled according to our Refund and Return Policy. Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
